1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the use of the desdoor.com website and the Desdoor Pro and Desdoor Guest iOS/Android apps (together, the “Service”) provided by Raşit Şahin, owner of the Desdoor brand (“
”). By using the Service you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
desdoor.com is an event guide listing events announced by organizers. The content, date, venue, ticket price and guest list decisions of each event belong to its organizer; does not guarantee the accuracy of this information and is not a party to the event.
No tickets are sold on the website. A guest list application is subject to the organizer’s approval; the organizer is under no obligation to approve it or to send a notification.
3. Guest Users
The information you give in a guest list application must be accurate and your own. At age-restricted events, a false statement may lead to entry being refused at the door. The QR ticket sent to you is personal; copying or transferring it is subject to the organizer’s rules.
4. Organizer Accounts
A user who opens an organization in the app is responsible for the event information they enter, the guest data they collect and the lawful processing of that data. The organizer uses personal data about their guests only for the event concerned and only for as long as necessary.
Paid plans are offered through in-app purchase; subscription, renewal and refund terms are subject to the rules of the relevant app store (App Store / Google Play).
5. Prohibited Use
Using the Service for unlawful or misleading event announcements, for announcements that infringe the rights of third parties, in a way that weakens the security of the system, or for automated data collection is prohibited. reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts in such cases.
6. Intellectual Property
The name, logo, interface and software belong to Raşit Şahin; a trademark application for the Desdoor brand has been filed with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Event images and texts are the responsibility of the relevant organizer.
The organizer confirms that they hold the necessary rights to the images and texts they upload and allows them to be used for providing the Service (display in the app and on the website).
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the cancellation or postponement of an event, refusal of entry at the door, information errors caused by the organizer, or service interruptions.
8. Personal Data
How personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Account, Suspension and Termination
You can close your organizer account at any time in the app (Settings → Account Management → Permanently Delete My Account) or on the account deletion page; deletion permanently removes your organization’s data within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Accounts that have not signed in for three years are closed automatically after an email warning.

10. Changes and Governing Law
may update these terms; the current text is published on this page. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
